Comments:
I feel that debt settlement is a viable option to consumers who can no longer afford to pay their bills due to financial hardship. It allows consumers to pay an agreed upon portion of their debt rather than totally absolving that debt in bankruptcy. This benefits both consumers and creditors alike.
