Entered into agreement with Debt Settlment America after Credit Card Company raised rates alleging that I had not sent payment in on time. My payments are sent in electronically yet they refused to acknowledge any type of substantiation. Debt Settlement America was then contracted for because I refused to be duped by these companies. All matters were resolved successfully and I would highly recommend that other individuals follow the same procedures since I am fairly sure that others have encountered these "illegal procedures" from these companies. NO RESTRICTIONS SHOULD BE IMPOSED ON THESE COMPANIES FOR SETTLEMENT FOR THESE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES ARE A DISGRACE REGARDING PROPER BUSINESS PROCEDURES. I HAVE SINCE CANCELLED ALL CREDIT CARDS AND DO NOT PLAN ON USING ANY TYPE THAT THEY WOULD SUGGEST AGAIN. THESE COMPANIES ARE BASICALLY "CORRUPT" IN MY ESTIMATION.....
