Please accept the accompanying letter as the initial submission of comments on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking by Freedom Debt Relief. In this initial comment letter, Freedom Debt Relief is requesting (1) that the comment period be extended for a minimum of an additional 120 days, and (2) that the signatory, Robert Linderman, be permitted to address the Commission and the public at the hearing, currently scheduled for November 4, 2009.
