I am very concerned about the proposed law. I rely on these types of message from my bank to let me know that I was bouncing checks and they had an overdraft protection offer. Also, I got an automated call from my prescription provider that there was a generic prescription available for a lower cost. These messages are helpful to me and if I don't want to hear them, I simply hangup. Because I have a business relationship with the companies that are calling me, I don't consider it telemarketing and dont' consider it to be non-intrusive
