I found out about this web site through a spam mailing from Voxeo to urge people to protest this proposed rule. I am writing to ADVOCATE that this rule be put in place! Who in their right mind would want to get marketing calls just because it's from some computer program rather than a human? The proposed rules are just what's needed to stop these businesses from disrupting people's lives for a few dollars. THANK YOU for considering these rules and I hope they are put in place!!!
