If passed this FTC proposed amendment can impact my family in a very negative way. Both my parents are over 65 years old and they rely on automated reminder calls for prescription refills. They are both on many different types of Meds and If this option was to be taken away from them there is no telling how this can impact their health condition. I would be very disappointed if they health-care provider were unable to continue to offer such a service due to the proposed amendments, so I strongly disagree with this amendment.
