Comments:As a software developer, I create intelligent outdialing systems for companies that utilize IVRs to streamline their business. Typical implementations include late payment notices, service appointment reminders and the like. Calls are made only to those for which the company has contact information, and although the calls may be unsolicited, they cannot be categorized as telephone "spam". The problem area that should be the focus of your attention should be calls generated from companies unknown to the callee, such as those that have purchased some phone directory.
