I actually like to receive notfications from companies I do business with. It's quicker and easier (cheaper and better for the environment) than sending me unwanted mail that I won't likely read. I disagree with the requirement for a 'prior written consent agreement'. That would be very taxing on all companies involved as well as me. Again, something I would not take the time to do. I would however, be interested in giving oral or electronic consent however again some what of a burden for both parties.
