Greetings, The Joplin Globe occasionally uses prerecorded telemarketing calls to gently remind customers that their subscription has expired. We use many other methods to contact customers, and we only use the prerecorded message as a final attempt. However, this has been valuable to us and to our customers, when they have misplaced a written communication with us, or are not available otherwise.
