I believe my telephone is MY property and that businesses have NO right to call me unless they are returning My call to answer a question or resolve a problem. My time and privacy are important to me. Just last night I received a call from and "out of area" number and was greeted with a prerecored message "hold on for a very important message" and then the line went dead. Please, I am on the do not call registry, stop organizations from abusing my privacy with their messages. I do NOT want unsolicited, dead air, recorded messages, political ads, or ANY calls to my phone unless I know the person calling. Thank you, Louis Metz
