I am tired of all marketing calls including almost all calls seeking donations. I am completely annoyed by calls that are pre-recorded are are either abandoned or a long pause before someone picks up so I can hang up on them. I urge a complete ban on pre-recorded calls of any kind. Beyond that, you should ban all cellular text msgs from solicitors or charge the full amount to the initiator of the text msg no matter who initiates the text msg.
