Please do NOT allow these pre-recorded calls, they are annoying and unnecessary--if I want information from a company, I know how to contact them! Also, there is NOTHING more annoying than running to the phone and finding dead air!!! I detest those calls more than anyone can know. I am begging you to honor the "Do Not Call List" that you allowed us to be a part of and not change ANYTHING--no pre-recorded calls, and no more dead air. Prior relationship or not, as adults, we can decide whether we want to contact a company or not.
