It is my firm opinion that, if I opt out of telemarketing calls, then I am opting out of ALL calls, whether or not the marketer believes that they have an 'extended business relationship' with me. If I want contact with a particular business, I know how to contact them. All businesses have the option to enable me to "opt in" for email. I choose to use that for businesses that I want to have an extended relationship.
