Comments:I want no call to mean no call. A recorded message is just as intrusive as a real person call. My calls are often forwarded to my cell phone--so not only am I disturbed, but I am also paying airtime for unwanted calls. I also want any telemarketing to have displayed phone numbers. All of these unwanted calls come with an unavailable number on my cell's screen, so there is no way to call back and complain (or report them, as I have no idea who or where they really are!).
