I strongly support additional restrictions on unsolicited telemarketing calls, whether by land line or cell phone connection. The first is an annoyance, and the second - via cell phone -- is both annoyance and using up my prepaid minutes or my 'free' allowance of minutes, thereby depriving me of the full value of my product without my consent.
