Dear FTC: Changing the rules to prohibit pre-recorded messages will only eliminate thousands of U.S. jobs, because the companies that transmit these messages will only move to other countries, and take their jobs with them. I’d rather get a few pre-recorded messages than have a single American lose their job. Yours truly, Catalina Catalan
