Attention FTC: Do not change the rules regarding pre-recorded messages. They are not an issue. It is much easier to hang up on a machine that gives you the option to talk to a live person, than to hang up on a live person. Think about it: The problem is with pushy salespeople who don’t allow you to hang up on them. Respectfully Mario
