Dear FTC: A recorded message beats a live person any time. Don’t change the rules- more live calls will make a lot of consumers a lot more miserable. Try focusing on telemarketers who violate the Do Not Call list. Anyone who violates the DNC will not hesitate to send a pre-recorded message. Sincerely Diego Saucedo
