Attention FTC: The rules regarding pre-recorded messages should NOT be amended. Pre-recorded messages are not a problem, because they are much easier to hang up on, and they provide an easy way to be taken off the marketer’s list. THE PROBLEM IS WITH LIVE TELEMARKETERS. You should consider amending your rules to prohibit live telemarketers from calling anyone, at anytime. Maria Marquez
