There is nothing more annoying then playing back recorded messages hearing "Hello....Hello....Hello, may I speak to ....." and they can't even pronounce our name correctly and haven't a clue that they are talking to a recording, not a person. Another pet peeve is having the phone ring, but when we pick up the phone there is no one there. We now have caller ID, so we can tell they are solicitors & we don't bother answering the phone. My biggest complaint is that solicitors are now calling my cell phone.......there are probably only 10 people that have my cell phone number, but somehow they got ahold of it & the same number keeps calling me & leaving me a voice mail which I have to delete. At least now I recognize the number & don't waste my minutes answering a solicitor. I plan to list all my phone numbers with the "Do Not Call" Registry in hopes to aleviate all these nuisome calls.
