Deliver me from pre-recorded telemarketers. As one example, I get at least one particular pre-recorded satellite TV message EVERY day, and usually several. Day after day after day after day my message machine is clogged with the same infernal message. "Oh, I almost forgot. If you call right away..." Grrrr. And that's just one example. So, yes, I support changes that would eliminate the loophole for pre-recorded telemarketers. I also support a change reducing (or eliminating, pray tell?) abandoned calls.
