Many automated notifications are helpful to me as a consumer. For example, an overdraft notice from my bank, or an airline company calling to tell me I’ve been upgraded, or a notice from my pharmacy that I am able to get a generic prescription that will save me money. For this reason, please consider amending the ruling to allow these types phone calls I find to be valuable as a consumer. Thank you for your consideration.
