Regarding your propose rule change on prerecorded telemarketing calls. I have found that some of the prerecorded call that I receive to be valuable and beneficial. I was traveling recently and received a prerecorded call regarding a flight upgrade which I took advantage of and immediately upgraded. I was also able to save money on my cell phone plan when my carrier contacted me about a lower cost plan which I qualified for. In addition I find it helpful when my pharmacy contacts regarding my prescriptions. I know of many others who have benefited from receiving these types of calls and ask that you reconsider your ruling on these useful prerecorded calls.
