This may be slightl outside of this rule. If so, I apologize. However, I still think this issue resembles 'bait and switch'.
The grocery store Kroger runs it's weekly sale from Monday through Sunday; they advertise the sale in the Sunday paper pretty heavily. The sale that they advertise, through, is the one that ENDS that day. So, if you use the Sunday paper to plan your grocery shopping for the week, if you go on Monday you find a completely DIFFERENT sale.
In contrast, the local Giant Eagle's sale runs from Thursday to Wednesday, but they mail a flyer that arrives on Wednesday with the sale starting the next day.
I just think this is pretty shady.
