<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>On November 19, 2008, we sent to the FTC and the Office of the Secretary a letter signed by 41 Attorneys General regarding a review of the FTC Used Motor Vehicle Trade Regulation Rule. Oregon Attorney General Hardy Myers would like to join his colleagues on the letter.  Attached is the revised letter that includes his signature. Thus, a total of 42 Attorneys General have signed onto the November 19th letter.  </body></html>
