FTC -- you are WRONG. Consumers MUST be disclosed ALL information the dealer knows about the used car they intend on buying, just like a house. No different. Car repair is expensive, especially for the poor -- which also happened to be the consumer for used cars. Used car dealerships already have a poor reputation -- most of which is deserved -- but you only encourage them by allowing them to be deceitful.
By siding with the dealer you help them -- not the consumer as you should do -- it's even in your name. Do your bloody job and protect the consumer!
