Submission Text
In a 'buyer beware' market, the propensity for sellers of vehicles to not disclose negative information on the asset's history is significant. If a buyer is to be held to a contract, the seller should be required to obtain and provide full disclosure of the vehicle's history. Flood, accidents, insurance claims, auction status, remaining warranties are all pertinent for a buyer to know prior to making a binding and informed choice. Please set a more stringent standard that raises the bar for disclosure to mandatory, not optional.
