When I walk up to a used car and see the buyers guide the first thing I see is AS IS - No WARRANTY. Even if the car has a warranty on it. I believe this can be confusing for a consumer and there should be 2 seperate buyers guides. One for AS IS and one for WARRANTY. Having as is and warranty on the same form can be confusing. When a dealer orders buyers guides they have to order 2 anyway- one with a check mark on WARRANY and one with a check mark on AS IS. Also many of the buyers guides are printed on glossy paper so you can't read the customers signature very well...
