This history data on used cars should be put ON the car, at the point of sale. To require the buyer to first go online to search the FTC web site is ridiculous. The buyer wants to go to the seller, look at the car and it's condition, and then make a purchase right away. The requested car may be sold to someone else during the time required to search the information on it.
