The FTC if going to have a database. It should contain very important information regarding the past such as: Flooded, what year. and If car is part of a lemon law settlement from a manufacture who refused to fix a car. The manufacture just buy back for pennies on the dollar and push off their problem to another AMERICAN. HMMM EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THESE TWO MAJOR ISSUES WITH AUTOS.
