One of the navy's biggest problems is junior sailors buying cars that are not worth what they paid. Also car dealerships using fraud to have sailors commit to contracts with unreasonable interest rates and cars that will not survive the contract. This is a BAD idea and contradicts our president's appeals to protect consumers. V/r Master Chief Norelly
