I believe these rules will really set people up for failure when buying used cars. Many people donot want to buy new cars because of financial reasons. Car dearlerships have ways to get over on people and this is giving them more ways to abuse the car buying system. Buying a first car is one of the happiest moments for people. Please donot make it easier to prey on people and this turns out to be a buyers worst nightmare and not a happy moment.
