I believe the Buyers Guide can easily be shortened to one page. The list of major defects that may occur in used motor vehicles can be scrapped. This portion of the form is as useful as the insurance repair information that was recently abolished. Customers spend very little time on the back of this form other than to sign it. The dealer information could then be easlily printed by software programs and be consistently in compliance with Federal regulations for the benefit of customers.
