I have a complaint about a car repair shop that sought me out, promised me a car in a certain condition but never made right on the deal. The car never passed emissions, leaked oil, needed repairs. Then, the roof detached on the Interstate, putting people in danger. From the side of the road, they told me to stop yelling. They told me in person to sue them. Thank you for paying attention to my complaint. I am a college professor, single woman, who could not afford to go to this expense -- buying another car -- and who has been taken advantage of.
