Submission Text
I am writing to support the legislation in [16 C.F.R. 700.10(c) (warrantor is not precluded from denying liability where “the warrantor can demonstrate” the cause of damage or defect).] This helps protect the consumer from the auto industry monopoly on over priced after market/OEM parts. The act makes it possible for the consumer to safely modify their product without compromising unaffected areas of the product.
