In regards to the use of the former Wild Oats store, 87 Marginal Way, Portland, Maine by Trader Joe's East Inc., I hope you will give your approval. While the nearby Whole Foods provides a large selection of produce, meat and assorted groceries, it is generally more expensive than what Wild Oats sold. Portland could certainly use a grocer with the nitch Trader Joe's has made. It would be nice to spend my food dollars locally rather than travel to Masschusetts to purchase their merchandise.
