Dear FTC, Please approve the proposal that would bring Trader Joe's to Portland Maine on Marginal Way. However, my family & friends will be disappointed because they think that the only reason I visit them in Massachusetts is to shop at Trader Joe's. I always have a shopping list ready, in case I'm called on short notice to babysit. If you haven't shopped in a Trader Joe's, you are missing something. I never buy prepared food, although it's tempting, nor produce which is pricey. Basic groceries are affordable & varied and will break the monopoly of Whole Foods. Thank you for bringing Trader Joe's to Portland.
