I am another one of those Portlanders who often makes detours on the way back from Logan, conferences in Massachusetts, etc. to shop at Trader Joe's. In addition to providing competition to Whole Foods, a TJ's in the old Wild Oats location would provide a more walkable option than Hannaford's to the Bayside neighborhood.
