We are protecting kids from invasions of privacy and that is good.

Why arn't adults being offered the same protection privaleges? I don't want to have to tell someone not to use my data, They should have to ask permission to get it, and other than a financial transaction or a membership service, data should not be required. Certainly not any form of financial id. browsers should be required to be written to not share this info without user intervention to allow the info transfer. Right now browsers will supply info such as email without getting user permission. This is wrong and only encourages SPAM.
