FTC E-Filing System
The new Administrative E-filing System (AEFS), which can receive public filings in adjudicative proceedings conducted under Part 3 of the Commission's Rules of Practice, became available for use on August 17, 2020. The URL for the new system is: https://adminefiling.ftc.gov/ftcefile
