The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Workplace Inclusion is now the FTC’s Office of Workplace Inclusivity and Opportunity (OWIO). The OWIO ensures that the Federal Trade Commission maintains a work environment that is free from all forms of illegal discrimination, including reprisal and harassment. The OWIO processes complaints of discrimination.
