Appropriations Testimony

For Fiscal Year 2006, the Commission was appropriated $211,000,000 (notwithstanding rescissions totaling $919,600) through H.R. 2862-P.L.-109-108 the “Science, State, Justice, Commerce and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006", making appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006.
