Mike,

The ultimateparent entity of the acquirer is an Israeli company which has a US wholly-ownedsubsidiary. If the company has an agent in the US (which I am not sure if itdoes), can such person sign the certification page of the HSR Form and theaccompanying affidavit? If not, or if there is no agent, what does the Israelicompany have to do regarding notarizing the documents?
