Hi Mike - I am hoping for your guidance regarding 802.2(c)(2)(iii):

Our client has several parcels of "unproductive property" that areadjacent to productive property. Can you confirm that unproductive propertyadjacent to productive property that is otherwise exempt (ie unproductiveproperty next to a hotel) would also be exempt.
