Dear Mike,

We have a client who reports revenues under NAICS 511120 (PeriodicalPublications). With respect to the Item 7(c)(ii) geographic data that we shouldbe reporting, can you clarify whether "a list of states in which theperson filing notification conducts such operations" would refer to thestates in which a periodical is published or the states in which the periodicalis sold?
