Diana,

I just want to confirm that the filing fee can be wired by both Buyer and Seller, each in an amount equal to ½ the fee, and then in our cover letter we explain that ½ of the fee was sent in by both buyer and seller with an aggregate payment of the full amount of the fee. Thanks.
