Good afternoon. We would like to confirm that permits associated with a project to construct a power transmission line may be treated as assets incidental to the ownership of unproductive real property the acquisition of which is exempt under Section 802.2(c). A 2007 informal interpretation (No. 0701010) so states. Given the passage of time, we would like to make certain that this interpretation reflects the staff’s current views as well.
