Subject: Timeliness of Certification and Affidavits

Hello,

Could you advise on when a signature for an affidavit or Certification for an HSR filing would need to be re-executed? For example, if the signature was signed on Monday or Tuesday and the filing was postponed until Thursday or Friday of that same week, would new signatures and notarizations need to be obtained for the filing?
