You can provide a separate insert and you can choose the order in which the entities within the natural person appear on the list (i.e., organized by operating company or by top entity controlled by the natural person, or otherwise), but the response must be in a table format similar to the one in the current version of the form.

Subject: Item 6(a) / 6(b)
In lieu of listing all controlled entities under Item 6(a), can I submit an entity org chart – will be multiple charts – that list any subsidiaries below the top level entities that sit just below the natural person UPE?
Most entities are 100% owned, and, for non-corporate entities, the org chart identifies the GP.
I think I have done in the past but its been the way back past, so checking.
