A workshop to bring together and train military attorneys, law enforcement personnel, and consumer protection officials to identify, prevent, and address consumer fraud and issues affecting military servicemembers and their families, including:
- Review of current and emerging issues impacting servicemembers and their families.
- Review of federal, state and local consumer protection laws.
- Discussion of effective consumer fraud prevention, detection and resolution strategies.
- Overview of resources available to servicemembers.
